Bhalwal Global (SMC-Private) Limited operates bhalwalglobal.com. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect when you use a form. When you submit the quote, sample or contact form we receive exactly the fields you fill in — your name, company, business email, and the commercial details of your enquiry. We use them to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone outside the companies that handle your shipment.

What we collect automatically. Our server records the IP address a form submission arrives from. It is used only to rate-limit submissions from a single connection and to make spam expensive. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

Spam protection. The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When a form loads, Turnstile receives technical information from your browser in order to decide whether you are a person. That processing is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc. under its own privacy terms.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure page performance. Both are cookieless: they set no cookie, they do not track you between sites, and they do not identify you individually. This is the reason this website shows you no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Where your data is processed. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Enquiry emails are delivered by Resend. A copy of each enquiry is stored in Vercel Blob storage so that a bounced or deleted email never loses your enquiry. All three are located outside Pakistan, which means your enquiry is processed internationally.

How long we keep it. Enquiries and the correspondence that follows them are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for our business relationship and for our tax and export records.

Your choices. Write to us using the contact form and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on the request unless we are required to keep the record for tax or customs purposes.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
