Is Bhalwal Global a registered company?
Yes. Bhalwal Global (SMC-Private) Limited is registered in Pakistan with CUIN 0349087 and NTN J599162, and holds an export licence. Our registered address is in Bhalwal, District Sargodha, Punjab.
Do you own a mine or a processing plant?
No, and we would rather say so than have you find out later. We are a trading house: we buy processed, packed product from a supplier in the Salt Range and export it under our own name as exporter of record.
Why buy through you rather than going direct to the processor?
Because we commission independent laboratory testing on top of the supplier’s own, so verification does not come solely from the party producing the goods. Beyond that: one accountable counterparty, documentation prepared before the container is sealed, and a reply when you write to us.
What is your minimum order?
One 20 ft FCL, which is 25,000 kg — 25 metric tonnes. If you need less than a full container, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can arrange it.
Which Incoterms do you work on?
We have quoted FOB Karachi and CIF to a named port of discharge. Tell us which you prefer and we will quote accordingly.
Can you do private label?
Packing is to your specification and final packing list. Tell us what you need on the pack and we will confirm what our supplier can produce before we quote it.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are free; courier is at your cost or on your own DHL or FedEx account. Request one and tell us the grade and your intended use.
What documentation do you provide?
Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading as standard, with certificate of origin and health certificate prepared against your market’s requirements. Tell us your destination and we will confirm the full set before you order.
Do you hold stock in the UAE?
No. We ship from Karachi. We have no office, warehouse or stock in the Emirates, and anything you order arrives on the container you ordered.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to every enquiry the same working day. We have not published a formal service commitment yet because we would rather meet one consistently before we advertise it.
